PlateBoss has been making road-legal number plates in Hounslow since 2019. Every plate is made in our own workshop, checked, and then posted out or handed over at the counter.
Who we are
PlateBoss is a family-run business. We do everything ourselves, from making the plates in our workshop to answering your calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. When you get in touch, you’re speaking to the people who make your plates.
What we make
We make plates in all the popular styles: standard printed, 3D gel, 4D, 4D gel, retro (bevelled), hex, short, EV plates with the green flash, motorbike and trailer plates, plus novelty wedding plates. Every road-legal plate is made to the British Standard BS AU 145e and carries our name and postcode, PlateBoss.co.uk and TW4 6BX, as the law requires.
Not sure which style is right for you? Have a look at our shop, or message us and we’ll talk you through it.
A DVLA Registered Number Plate Supplier
We’re registered with the DVLA as a number plate supplier. That means we have to see proof of your identity and your right to use the registration before we make road-legal plates, and we keep a record of every sale. It’s there to stop plates being made for cars that aren’t yours. See our Valid Documents page for what we need.
Why customers come back
We serve hundreds of customers every month, and customer service is what we care about most. You can see it in our 5.0 rating on Google from hundreds of reviews. If something isn’t right with your order, tell us and we’ll put it right.
