Delivery Options
We offer a choice of delivery options so you can get your plates exactly when you need them.
Standard UK Delivery
✔ Free delivery on all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 — no minimum spend required
✔ Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade available for £5.00, for faster tracked delivery
✔ Collect From Store — pick your order up in person at no extra cost
We currently deliver within the UK only.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day, as long as we’ve seen your documents. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday usually go out the next working day.
Tracking your order
When your plates are dispatched we’ll email you the Royal Mail tracking number. Royal Mail delivery times are estimates, and Saturday delivery isn’t guaranteed.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived
Let us know. Royal Mail treats a tracked item as lost 14 days after dispatch. Once it confirms the loss, we’ll remake and re-send your order free of charge, or refund you.
Collecting from Hounslow
We’ll let you know when your plates are ready. Collections are Monday to Friday 12pm–5pm and Saturday 10am–1pm. Please bring your original documents.
Trade Customer Delivery
Trade account holders may also be able to arrange same-day or made-while-you-wait collection, or local delivery on orders of 3 or more plates, depending on how busy we are. See our Trade Customers page for details.
